To help the Pakistani business community in redefining their approach, in terms of value addition  to the employees of their organizations; Pakistan Society for Human Resource Management (PSHRM) organized a four-day event of “Leadership & Management Conference &  Workshops "

This event was sponsored by New Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited while Terrabiz served as the strategic partner for managing the event which was attended by more than 400 professionals from banking, telecommunication, power, education, media and other important corporate sectors of Pakistan.

Internationally acclaimed Business Speakers were invited to conduct the event by reviewing and discussing management issues of global importance in line with the business world of Pakistan. This conference was designed to provide a platform for HR professionals and business leaders to highlight the tough times ahead in view of the global recession and rising unemployment.

The European Business Speaker of the Year 2009 Larry Hochman was the speaker on ‘The War for Talent & the Future of Human Capital’ and World-Acclaimed Business Management & Motivational Author David Taylor conducted the session on ‘The Reinvention of Business’. In addion to the main conference, both speakers separately conducted Master Classes on Customer Service and Leadership respectively.
